Shipping Information

We partner with reliable third-party delivery services like Lalamove to get your orders to you efficiently.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within the Greater Manila Area. Please contact us to confirm if your specific location within this area is covered.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery times will vary depending on the third-party courier's schedule and your location. We'll provide you with tracking details (if available from the courier) so you can monitor your order's progress.

Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order, as determined by the third-party courier.

  • These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Customer Pick-Up - Highly Recommended!

We strongly encourage our customers to opt for pick-up at our designated location. This allows you to personally inspect your goods and ensure they meet your quality standards before taking them home.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

General Conditions for Returns:

  • All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

  • Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Specific Return Windows:

  • Rice: For issues with rice quality, you must notify us and initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up.

  • Eggs, Onions, Garlic, and Other Perishable Goods: For these items, you must notify us and initiate the return process within 2 days from the date of delivery or pick-up.

Reasons for Return: We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Spoiled or Damaged Goods: If your items arrive spoiled or significantly damaged.

  • Incorrect Order: If you received items that are different from what you ordered.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please reach out to our customer service team via 09395665319 or email us at nextgenphtrading@gmail.com as soon as you identify an issue, adhering to the specified return windows.

  2. Provide Details: Be prepared to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item(s) in question.

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item(s). Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Upon successful inspection of the returned item(s), we will offer either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the affected goods, depending on availability and your preference.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Note: We cannot accept returns for items that have been partially consumed, altered, or if the return request falls outside the specified timeframes.
