  • Payment Methods: We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Check Payments

  • Cash Payments (for pick-up or upon delivery for COD, if applicable)

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We utilize reliable third-party delivery services like Lalamove for your convenience.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within the Greater Manila Area. Please contact us to confirm if your specific location is covered.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times will vary based on the third-party courier's schedule and your location. Tracking details (if available) will be provided.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order by the third-party courier and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Recipient Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a recipient is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods. Any issues with the order upon delivery should be immediately reported to the delivery personnel and to us.

4. Customer Pick-Up

We highly recommend picking up your orders to personally inspect the quality of your goods.

  • Pick-Up Hours: Monday - Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

  • Ready for Pick-Up Notification: Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before proceeding to our location.

  • Inspection: We encourage customers to conduct a quality check of their items at the pick-up location before departing.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, specific conditions apply to returns and exchanges.

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

  • Original Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

  • Specific Return Windows:

    • Rice: For quality issues with rice, notify us and initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up.

    • Eggs, Onions, Garlic, and Other Perishable Goods: For these items, notify us and initiate the return process within 2 days from the date of delivery or pick-up.

  • Acceptable Reasons for Return:

    • Spoiled or significantly damaged goods upon arrival.

    • Incorrect items received (different from what was ordered).

  • Initiating a Return:

    2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the affected item(s).

    3. Wait for our team's return authorization and instructions before sending any items back.

  • Refunds & Replacements: Upon successful inspection of returned items, we will offer either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement, based on availability and your preference. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been partially consumed, altered, or if the return request falls outside the specified timeframes.

6. Product Quality & Freshness

  • We strive to ensure all our products are fresh and of the highest quality when they leave our premises.

  • As perishable goods, proper handling and storage upon receipt are crucial for maintaining their freshness. Next Gen PH Consumer Goods Trading is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery or pick-up.

7. Limitation of Liability

Next Gen PH Consumer Goods Trading will not be liable for any delays in delivery or pick-up due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, traffic congestion, courier issues, government restrictions). Our liability for any issue related to product quality will be limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of its purchase price, according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
